Suddenly, travelling alone in Bolivia began to appear more promising: it grew to become clear that the rewards are double while you’ve embarked upon an journey and managed to efficiently navigate the country’s weird tourist infrastructure all by your self. At that second, I realised that although my experiences with my male pals had been the peak of adventure up to now in my life, it’s only while you journey solo that the memories and victories are yours – and yours alone.
